- A professional multi-page website
Not a single-page template. Home, services, about, contact – plus pages for the areas you cover and the jobs you have done, if they help you get found.
- Your domain name
Registered in your name, with the first year paid by me out of the £200. After that it renews at about £10–£15 a year, which you pay to the registrar directly.
- Hosting included
Fast hosting on Cloudflare. A site this size fits comfortably in their free plan, so there is no hosting bill – not in the first year and not after it.
- Set up to be found on Google
Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and the structured data Google reads to show your phone number and opening hours. Checked before it goes live.
- Works properly on a phone
Most people will find you on a phone. The site is built for that first and checked on real screen sizes.
- A contact form that reaches you
Straight to your inbox. Plus tap-to-call and tap-to-email on mobile.
- No cookie banner needed
The site sets no cookies, so visitors are not greeted by a consent pop-up. If you later add something that does need one, I will set it up properly.
- An SSL certificate
The padlock in the address bar. No browser warnings telling people your site is unsafe.
- You own all of it
The domain, the files, the lot. No monthly fee, no contract, and nothing held hostage if you ever want to move it.

A builder subscription looks cheap at first, but costs more than my price within a year – and you never own what you built. That is why I charge once.
Questions
Why is it only £200?
I work on my own, with no office, no staff and no sales team to pay for. Agencies charging £1,500 or more are mostly covering those costs, not doing fifteen times the work. The hosting I use is free for sites this size, so there is nothing to mark up there either.
What will it cost me after the first year?
About £10–£15 a year to renew the domain, paid by you directly to the registrar, not to me. Hosting stays free. There is no monthly fee, no contract and nothing to cancel.
Is it WordPress or one of those website builders?
Neither. I build the pages by hand, which is why they load quickly and there are no plugins to update or subscriptions to keep paying. You own the files, so you can move it somewhere else whenever you like.
How long does it take?
Three working days, counted from when we have agreed the plan and I have your content – your details, photos and the answers to my questions. Not from our first chat. If a job needs longer, for example because you have fifty products, I will tell you at the start.
Can I make changes?
Yes. Changes within the agreed plan are included while I build it – wording, photos, colours, layout tweaks. If you want something the plan did not cover, such as extra pages or a different direction, I will quote for it before doing it.
